In general af nice hotel. Private parking in the open for free and private garage for a fee was a great choice. With lots of luggage in the car it was nice we could stay in the garage. Also loved that there was a water boiler in the room. Old town of Lübeck was just a few hundert meters away by foot.

It was a lovely hotel! The staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and were satisfied with everything. We had a lovely large room with comfy beds and a beautiful clean bathroom with choice of bath or shower. The breakfast room had a super choice of seating and the buffet was sensibly laid out to avoid overcrowding. We could see our car in the (free!) car park from our room and we left it there as it was only a short walk into the old town, even for us!

The personnel were super friendly, personal and helpful. It's easy to tell when you come to a great place to work and we as guests benefit from that.

Kids loved the pool, great breakfast buffet and just next to the beautiful old town. Good skate park in the old town - 15 min walking from hotel. Parking in basement at 16 euro per 24 hour. Remember to get the exit ticket in the reception before you leave the parking basement. The staff had not told me and there is no info in the basement either. It is quite annoying to leave kids and car to go back up to ask.

Room is clean, this is a very calm location ideal if you have pet because they have plenty of grass near hotel and a big parc Room is clean and big space to move on it.

Most of all that we told the hotel in our booking that we have 1 person in a Wheelchair and we had a wonderful handicap-accessible room with overhead shower fixed folding chair in the shower, space under the wash basin for your knees when you are in a wheelchair. Absolutely perfect

The location is excellent for walking in to the old town and for the bus to Travemünde. The bar sells Echt Stonesdorfer and the food is good. The pool is a great feature, nice depth and temperature, just could've been bigger for the size of hotel, no real swimming with six or more people in there.

Location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. To me breakfast was disappointing only because I am vegan and there were no option but the rest of the family enjoyed the breakfast.

We were stranded in Lübeck for NY 2023 with a punctured tire. The hotel took great care of us, the staff were just brilliant! The breakfast was delicious and the bar was cosy. The room keys were wooden, that was neat. The hotel is in a fantastic location for walking into the beautiful Old Town.
